You will need to provide the following:

Professionally drawn floor plans to scale in PDF/JPG format. Real Estate Floor plan is fine. Hand sketches or photos of plans are not acceptable.
Photographs of the existing property if it is a renovation OR inspiration photos if it is a new build.
A brief written description of what you like and do not like about the current floor plans.
