This service is only available in conjunction with the floor plan optimization package. You can choose to do the session before or after receiving the floor plans.

The goal is to identify any optimization potential and fix any design problems before construction begins. It’s a Simple & Affordable way to help you SAVE unnecessary cost and time, if the design problems are not fixed and carried forward to construction.

You will need to provide the following:

1. Professionally drawn floor plans to scale as PDF files. Real Estate Floor plan is fine. Hand sketches or photos of plans are not acceptable.
2. Photographs of the existing property if it is a renovation OR inspiration photos if it is a new build.
3. A brief written description of what you like and do not like about the current floor plans.
